Minimum Order Value

To ensure efficient processing and shipping, all orders being sent out of Edinburgh must meet our minimum order requirement of £250.00.

Orders below this minimum value are not eligible for processing or dispatch.

Orders Below the Minimum Requirement

If an order is placed below the minimum order value, the customer will be notified and given the opportunity to add additional products to reach the required minimum amount before the order can be processed for shipment.

No shipment will be made until the minimum order requirement has been satisfied.

Payment Policy

Payments made for orders that do not satisfy the minimum order requirement will remain on the customer’s account while the customer is given the opportunity to add eligible products to reach the required minimum order amount.

If a customer chooses not to increase their order to meet the minimum order requirement, we reserve the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to decline cancellation requests and treat payments made for non-compliant orders as non-refundable due to administrative, payment processing, and order handling costs.
